Join us for an incredible dining experience where you can witness Kokin’s chefs skillfully prepare a whole 60kg wild blue-fin tuna live in the restaurant, using a traditional tuna knife.
The fresh tuna will be sourced off the coast of Portugal by renowned fisherman Mr Tanaka Haijime and then be used to create a remarkable 5-course tuna omakase by our Owner Chef Daisuke Shimoyama.
