A world-class cocktail bar tucked away in The Stratford, a beautiful SOM-designed, 42-storey building from the team behind The Chiltern Firehouse and St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The Mezzanine is The Stratford’s creative and musical hub, with their Open Deck Collective taking place every Thursday, live music every Friday, and DJs every Saturday night to play you into the early hours.

The menu features modern techniques applied to familiar classics inspired by the New York cocktail scene between 1930 and 1960. It is both extensive and unique, with four distinctive cocktail sections and a wide selection of whiskies including rare, small batch liquids from Japan, Scotland and America. There is also an extensive selection of premium spirits and Champagnes.

This is the night for our creative community, the cocktail connoisseurs, music lovers, and vinyl fanatics. With our full DJ set up and turntables taking centre stage, sign up to take your turn to spin on the open decks. Any level of experience is welcomed, whether you are testing out a new set, a budding DJ, or want to share your vinyl collection. All the while our Mezzanine team will be experimenting their new cocktail creations, with off the menu specials from £6. Every Wednesday & Thursday from 5PM – 1AM.
Friday nights are for live music sessions in The Mezzanine. Every week we’ll be bringing some toe-tapping and dance worthy curations to Stratford. First up we have seasoned Glastonbury players, The Cash Cows. A formidable party force, The Cash Cows rework favourite songs from the last Century with their inimitable style and flair. They come with a guarantee of good times and a long trail of happy, dancing guests in their wake. Live music will be back every Friday from 9:30PM
The engaging bar team is led by Marcello Cauda, who joined The Mezzanine as part of its opening team in 2019, progressing to the role of Bar Manager upon its reopening in May 2021, leading the team in the creation of its new cocktail list, The Authentic Life.
Our menu has a firm emphasis on sustainability, with the team getting as close to zero-waste as possible by creating re-purposed ingredients in their onsite lab. The cocktail menu is divided into Signature Cocktails; a permanent selection of re-imagined classics, Effervescent Cocktails; three lightly sparkling flavourful drinks, Euphoric Cocktails; a heady selection of pure indulgence and Revelatory Cocktails; a discovery of taste and innovation.
