Super-efficient HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule-whether you want to squeeze in a workout after work or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event. HIIT routines that involve body weight work which will tone your muscles while spiking your heart rate.


Also known as flow yoga, flow-style yoga or vinyasa flow.
In dynamic flow yoga, each movement is synchronised to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next without stopping to talk about the finer points of each pose. That way, our guests come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience. If you’re new to yoga, it is a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style of yoga first to get a feel for the poses.
