Earth Day is celebrated every year on 22nd April and it is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get involved with activities and initiatives to support the environment and everything green.
This year, we hosted an event in partnership with Urban Forest Tribe and attendees were able to get involved in:
- Eco arts and crafts
- Exploring the power of seeds and planting tutorials
- A special Earth Day quiz to put their knowledge to the test
- An insightful tour of our terraces and gardens with our Head Gardener
As well as this event, we also celebrated eco-style with carrot cakes for our guests at reception using carrots grown on-site, and a delicious cocktail menu in collaboration with Pod Pea Vodka, a sustainable flavour-led vodka made with British peas.
For Earth Day 2024, we hosted a bird box painting competition with The Urban Forest Tribe which are now proudly hung around our ground-floor terrace for our feathered friends.
