Night Receptionist

The Stratford is a 145-bedroom design-led hotel set within Manhattan Loft Gardens, a 42-storey skyscraper which also features 248 loft apartments, three sky terraces, two restaurants, three bars and four event rooms. The building is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Night Auditor/Receptionist to join our team.

What you’ll do…

• Assist Night Managers with any help in the overall hotel operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service provided
• Manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby
• Assist in the tracking and resolution of service issues
• Be the point of contact for all guest related questions and challenges
• Collaborate in night audit reports and system updates ready for the day team
